Rothiemurchus is teeming with the most fantastic wildlife, plant and animal, in one of the most beautiful areas of Scotland. For a truly unique experience to look for Pine Marten, Badger, Red and Roe Deer and much more, you may book a special Speyside Wildlife Watching experience. Join an expert guide and after a short walk you will arrive at a cosy hide which is heated, carpeted and gives you a superb view through the glass picture windows onto a floodlit feeding area. The area outside the hide is baited, so there's a chance to see lots of wildlife including birds such as Great Spotted Woodpecker, Tawny Owl, Woodcock and more. The modern hide is equipped with night vision cameras to capture all that moves within the woods, so you can also see what was out and about the night before.
