In Your Element recruit activity instructors for their fun and enthusiasm as much as for their technical skills. Our team have climbed, paddled and trekked all over the world and yet they choose to live and work in the stunning Scottish Highlands and to help you experience the area up close and leave with amazing memories.
All In Your Element activity instructors hold nationally recognised qualifications in the different sports that they lead and have undergone criminal record checks to ensure our suitability to work with young and vulnerable clients.
In Your Element are members of the Leave No Trace programme. This is recognition of the lengths that we go to to minimise the impact that our activities have on the wonderful environment in which we operate.
