June Availability at The Boat House

June is a lovely time to be at Rothiemurchus.

The woods are full of colour, wildlife is never far away and the long daylight hours mean there is plenty of time to enjoy everything the Cairngorms has to offer.

We currently have availability throughout June at The Boat House for both short breaks and week-long stays. July and August are fully booked, with our next availability after June not until September.

Tucked away amongst the trees, The Boat House sleeps up to six guests, plus two children under the age of twelve. Spacious, comfortable and dog friendly, it offers a peaceful base from which to explore Rothiemurchus and the wider Cairngorms National Park.

Although secluded, The Boat House is only a short walk or bike ride from the Rothiemurchus Farm Shop and The Barn Café. From the doorstep, you can head out on woodland walks, explore miles of cycling trails or simply spend time watching the wildlife that calls Rothiemurchus home.

For guests with accessibility requirements, the ground floor includes a wheelchair-accessible bedroom and wet room, with a full AccessAble report available here.

Many guests tell us that what they enjoy most is simply having the time and space to settle into life at Rothiemurchus. To spend slow mornings over coffee, long days outdoors and relaxed evenings with family and friends.

Four-night stays are available from £1,800, with seven-night stays from £3,000 throughout June.
